Maintenance Training Instructor

Description

Multi-Skill Training Services, Inc. is actively earching for a subject matter expert in the Mechanical and Electrical areas who would be used as an instructor leading courses onsite for industrial maintenance technicians. Instructors will have an opportunity to teach and coach maintenance employees who are new in the field. MST is a leader in maintenance skills training and performs work for several Fortune 100 companies.

This is a contract position that could lead to permanent employment through outstanding performance, if desired.

All expenses paid. $4,600 per week.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Expert-level electrical and/or mechanical knowledge and skills in relation to industrial maintenance

  • Expert-level troubleshooting skills

  • Passion for sharing knowledge with others • Some experience in presenting to small groups

  • Willingness to travel as needed for 1 week at a time

Bonus Qualifications/Experience

  • Strong writing skills

  • Ability to develop and plan training curriculum

  • Direct people management experience

  • Advanced knowledge of PLCs, Hydraulics, etc.
