STEVE SIMMONS, FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT

Steve founded MST in 1992 in order to address skill gaps in industry that he noticed both in plant maintenance and as a vocational instructor. He understood that the skills taught must be more practical and match what is needed in the plant. Steve has a Master’s Degree in Industrial Technology.

DARIN GREIFENKAMP, VP, MAINTENANCE EXCELLENCE

Darin heads our Maintenance Foundations program and serves a subject matter expert for our training team. He brings 20+ years of experience as a Plant and Maintenance Engineer who has experience in implementing successful Maintenance Improvement programs.

 

ASHLEY DONOHOO, VP, SALES & MARKETING

As a former salesperson who saw the training needs of industry at the ground level, Ashley ensures that our solutions are targeted to the needs of each individual client and that we put customer service first.

TONY ERICSON, VP, OPERATOR EXCELLENCE

Tony leads our Operator Training Program. He has 20+ years of experience as an Operations Manager in a Food and Beverage plant and uses that experience to ensure the highest quality in our training materials and delivery.

Wayne Armbruster, Expertise – Mechanical Concepts, Maintenance Fundamentals

Wayne has both taught courses and developed curriculum for MST. Wayne has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Murray State and uses his technical background to continuously improve MST’s curriculum and training process. He has received outstanding reviews from our clients and has shown a tremendous focus on improving the skills of our clients’ employees.

MST realizes that our most valuable asset is our instructors. We have a very thorough process to identify potential resources. Following hire, our instructors must complete a train-the-trainer program in order to become qualified to teach for MST. Post training, MST actively solicits and implements feedback from our courses.
