Industrial Maintenance Training for EV Manufacturing

Lensey King Jr.

Lensey King Jr. is a highly experienced and skilled master electrician and electrical contractor, with over two decades of experience in the field. He is a licensed professional and a leader in the EV electrification movement. As Alabama Business Development Manager for Multi-Skill Training Services (MST), Lensey works to close the skills gap and educate the next generation of professionals. He holds a Qualified Electrical Worker Certificate from the University of Alabama and stays up to date on industry trends through continuing education. Lensey holds an Associate in Applied Science degree in Automotive/Automated Manufacturing Technology from Jefferson State Community College.

Skills Assesment

Written and hands-on testing that aligns specifically to their skill areas defined in your Job Task Analysis to determine the skill sets of your technicians. Our fully trained test proctors use our industrial maintenance training simulators to test industry specific hands-on skill sets identified as being critical to your operation

Training Implementation

Surveys your most experienced maintenance technicians and maintenance supervisors to identify all required skill areas and tasks performed at your facility. Survey results will be used as a guide to develop a valid, reliable customized training curriculum for your facility.
