Collaborate with our internal training team to ensure accuracy, clarity, and real-world application.
Create technical documentation, guides, and supporting visuals where needed.
Manage project timelines and deliverables with minimal supervision.
Develop online training video scripts

Expert-level knowledge in one or more of the following areas: mechanical, electrical, or fluid power systems within industrial manufacturing environments.
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to read and design blueprints and electrical/fluid power schematics.
Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training documentation.
Prior training or curriculum development experience.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a two-year technical degree in a related field.
Additional certifications in mechanical systems, hydraulics, or machine shop practices are a plus.
