Maintenance Fundamentals Maintenance Skills Training builds the core mechanical and shop skills technicians use every day on the plant floor. This course provides the practical foundation needed to safely work with tools, equipment, and basic mechanical systemshelping technicians develop accuracy, confidence, and consistency in their work

Participants learn how to take measurements, read basic equipment drawings, and properly select and use common tools and fasteners. The course also introduces essential shop equipment and basic lubrication practices that support reliable equipment operation and preventive maintenance.
