Pneumatics

Build skills needed to understand, maintain, and troubleshoot compressed air systems that are used in industrial automation and material handling.

Pneumatics Maintenance Skills Training builds the skills technicians need to understand, maintain,
and troubleshoot compressed air systems used in industrial automation and material handling. This
course focuses on how air power is generated, controlled, and applied to drive cylinders, valves, and
actuators throughout the plant.

Participants learn how pneumatic components work together, including air preparation units, valves,
actuators, tubing, and fittings. The course connects pneumatic theory to real-world troubleshooting
so technicians can quickly identify leaks, pressure issues, and control problems that lead to
downtime.
