Summary: Deliver hands-on training in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, PLC, and many other systems using MST’s industrial-grade simulators. You’ll work directly with client teams to teach real-world skills they can apply on the job.
Responsibilities:
Lead engaging, hands-on training sessions at client facilities and training centers
Use MST simulators and curriculum to deliver industry-standard content
Provide coaching, mentorship, and feedback to technicians at all levels
Collaborate with MST curriculum and development teams to improve training programs
Summary: Partner MST’s internal teams and potentially clients to design and develop effective maintenance training programs. This role combines technical maintenance expertise with curriculum development, ensuring MST training solutions meet the real needs of industry.
